Refunds and cancellation
Prompt2Res · updated 2026-09-13

Credits are digital content delivered straight away. This page explains what that means for cancelling and refunds, in plain terms.

The 14-day right to cancel

UK and EU consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online. For digital content that is supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins, provided you asked for immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. The checkbox at checkout is that request and acknowledgement. Credits are added to your account the moment payment completes, so the right to cancel ends at that point.

When we will refund

If a purchase goes through and the credits do not appear in your account, email support@prompt2res.com with the payment date and we will either add them or refund you in full.

If you bought credits by mistake and have not spent any of them, email us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase as a goodwill matter, even though the right to cancel has been waived.

When we will not refund

Credits that have been spent are not refundable. A spent credit means a shader was downloaded or its code was viewed after it compiled in your browser. Generations that fail to compile never cost a credit, so there is nothing to refund for them.

We do not refund because a shader did not turn out as you hoped. The preview shows you exactly what you will get before a credit is spent.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days of our confirming it. Refunded credits are removed from your account.
